To ensure clarity and protect your rights, we present our return and exchange policy, noting that most pieces are custom-tailored per order.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Conditions:
- Exchange requests accepted within 3 days of delivery
- Purchase invoice is mandatory
- Product must be in original condition:
- Unworn - Unwashed - Unused
- With all accessories, tags, and original wrapping
- Custom pieces matching customer specifications cannot be exchanged
- No exchange for incorrect measurements or special modifications
- No exchange for damage due to misuse
Price Difference:
- Higher priced item: Pay the difference
- Lower priced item: No refund for difference
- International exchanges: Customer covers full shipping costs
- Sale and discount items are non-exchangeable
Non-Matching Products
Exchange or return allowed in the following cases:
- Received product differs from order
- Incomplete product received (with completion or refund)
- Product doesn't match agreed specifications
Required Action:
Please send clear photos within 48 hours of receipt, including garment measurements using approved method.
