To ensure clarity and protect your rights, we present our return and exchange policy, noting that most pieces are custom-tailored per order.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Conditions:
  • Exchange requests accepted within 3 days of delivery
  • Purchase invoice is mandatory
  • Product must be in original condition:
    • Unworn - Unwashed - Unused
    • With all accessories, tags, and original wrapping
  • Custom pieces matching customer specifications cannot be exchanged
  • No exchange for incorrect measurements or special modifications
  • No exchange for damage due to misuse
Price Difference:
  • Higher priced item: Pay the difference
  • Lower priced item: No refund for difference
  • International exchanges: Customer covers full shipping costs
  • Sale and discount items are non-exchangeable

Non-Matching Products

Exchange or return allowed in the following cases:

  • Received product differs from order
  • Incomplete product received (with completion or refund)
  • Product doesn't match agreed specifications

Required Action:
Please send clear photos within 48 hours of receipt, including garment measurements using approved method.
