Most pieces are custom-tailored per order, requiring adequate time to ensure quality and precision.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping within and outside Kingdom via certified companies: Smsa - Aramex
  • Shipping cost determined by order weight and customer location
  • Customs fees may apply for international shipping, fully customer's responsibility
  • Tracking number provided immediately upon order dispatch from LUMEA

3. Color Variations

  • Fabric color may vary slightly due to photography lighting or screen display
  • This variation is natural and not classified as a defect or reason for cancellation/return

4. Data Responsibility

  • Customer responsible for accurate address, mobile number, and personal information
  • LUMEA not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect data
