2. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping within and outside Kingdom via certified companies: Smsa - Aramex
- Shipping cost determined by order weight and customer location
- Customs fees may apply for international shipping, fully customer's responsibility
- Tracking number provided immediately upon order dispatch from LUMEA

- This variation is natural and not classified as a defect or reason for cancellation/return

- LUMEA not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect data
